One of the greatest passions in my life is leading worship.  I’m not a performer or entertainer – I’m a worship leader.  I may not be a great one or even a good one.  Nevertheless, it is what I do.  I feel blessed that God would give me the privilege of leading a group of people in the praises of His name.  Moreover, He has enabled me to set my thoughts to music.  I started writing songs even before I could play an instrument.  Those first attempts were probably painful to listen to, but it was a beginning – a humble beginning I’m sure, but still a beginning.  I don’t claim to be a great songwriter.  There are many far more gifted and talented than me.  I’m okay with that because it’s not about me.  My life is a vapor.  Even so, God has chosen to fill my small mind with thoughts of His greatness and glory.  That’s kind of what this blog is about, and more than that, it’s really what my life is about.
